management interface between the system and the administrator/users. With Opteq’s Singular iQ you have all the comprehensive sets of tools and utilities available to support real network management.

A fundamental element of Singular iQ and therefore the entire Opteq iQ solution is the hardware server platform upon which it resides. In this regard there is a range of custom designed and purpose built application servers to choose from. The choice between these is driven primarily by the need for capacity in terms of processing and storage as all of the hardware platforms will in fact support all of the Opteq iQ modules.

The OP1400 range has 2 two models, the OP1400 with 512MB memory and a single disk field upgradeable to the OP1450 with 2GB memory and two disk drives. It is a quiet (<36Db) server aimed at the mid-range market with link speeds up to 100Mbs and low load requirements. It is a 1U rack mountable unit, where its 11.5"depth easily allows two units to occupy only one slot or it can reside on a desk or counter.
