Please have the serial number of your product handy and go to The Customer Intranet. (https://license.opteqint.net)You can get the serial number off the physical product, off your original invoice, or from the license administration menu under System Tools and Utilities on your Opteq product.
From this site you will be able to check and/or download a license file to your hard drive. Once you have your license file simply login to your Opteq product with an administrators account and under the System Tools and Utilities menu you will find a License Administration menu item under which is a license upload form which will upload your license to your unit and apply it.
Of course, if you have not purchased a new module, a speed upgrade, an upgrade license or extension, or a license extension then nothing will happen as your license will not have changed.
