A fundamental element of Singular iQ and therefore the entire Opteq iQ solution is the hardware server platform upon which it resides. In this regard there is a range of custom designed and purpose built application servers to choose from. The choice between these is driven primarily by the need for capacity in terms of processing and storage as all of the hardware platforms will in fact support all of the Opteq iQ modules.

The OP9000 range comprises 3 models, the basic OP9000 with a single processor (quad core), a single internal disk, and 1GB memory field upgradeable to the OP9500 with dual processors, 2GB memory and 4 hot swap disks or the OP9900 with 4GB memory and 8 hot swap disks. A 2U full length unit aimed at the higher load cache (up to 1,000Rps) or report server market.
