Fully Interoperable with NetApp NetCache Solutions

The Opteq cache appliance can be combined with any other Opteq module to further protect and optimise the network. Use Opteq to enforce regulation requirements. Modules include firewall, web content filtering, ISP grade bandwidth management, POP to POP compression, server acceleration, layer 7 load balancing, web and SMTP scanning, anti-virus, anti spam and layer 7 network visibility. Flexible Deployment: Opteq can operate as a forward cache in either explicit or transparent modes. In transparent mode the cache automatically redirects web traffic into the cache itself whilst remaining traffic passes uninterrupted unless acted upon by other modules. Full support for WCCP 2 provides seamless integration with Cisco routers and is an option for high availability and load balancing. A failed cache is removed from the WCCP cluster automatically and a new cache added without interruption. Reverse Proxy / server acceleration Opteq appliances offload processing functions from ISP servers to speed application delivery and protect the network from potential threats. Opteq can also act as a secure gateway to existing HTTP servers.
