Uniquely Opteq does not software cap the throughput on its appliances. Throughput can grow until you max the hardware capabilities of the appliance. Hardware is based on the latest Intel I series processors with full hyper threading allowing your network to grow. Appliances can be hardware upgraded within their ranges. Eg: X20-X24 within the same series can grow from 1Gbps -4Gbps. (8Gbps full duplex). On the lower end the X1X series scales from 2Mbps to 200Mbps.
